Online Yoga, is it for you?
It's wonderful to be able to offer yoga that fits into any busy schedule
It's wonderful to go to work every day and spend time with a group of yogis that not only want to practice yoga and learn more about what it is they're doing with their body, but they also want to feel better, move better and not take it too seriously as they go.
We laugh in every class, we learn in every class. We move in different ways and challenge ourselves every practice. We bring our focus to the mat for just 40 minutes at a time and allow the rest of the day to become background noise. We create an online community that welcomes and supports anyone that joins us. |
"Mum brain always racing at 100 miles an hour... It (yoga) has helped me to calm that... it's helped me to be kinder to myself.”
- Beth
Alex:I am one of the lucky ones that gets to spend her days working on a hobby. With Yoga I never feel like I'm in the office. Each class drives me to give everything I can to help the client or class in front of me and to continually better myself in the process.
Yoga and overall health is aways a challenge, that requires discipline and practice, but I find once my yogis fall in love with the process the battle is won. Remembering to enjoy the journey, what ever your goal, will make reaching it all the more likely and all the more rewarding. Most of my yoga classes are now based online via Zoom, but I still offer a broad range of classes and services via this online platform. Not only yoga classes but one to one Yoga, workshops and corporate yoga. To off that face to face feel I have reintroduced a live class once a week at Catton Park, Norwich. Being Norwich based has allowed so many yogis to return back to the studio as well as using the ease of Online classes too. You can keep up to date with my latest offers by subscribing to my newsletter below or head to Contact page and get in touch and I'll happily help you out with any questions you might have. |

It's not just YogaWith the introduction of AHY online, we have spread across the country, but some how we manage to create an incredibly close community via the classes, the workshops and the powers of social media. Yogis that have never met in real life have created friendships and connections via Yoga and it's wonderful to be a part of.
We stay in touch, we meet when and how we can and we support each other through every class, and every challenge that comes our way. |
