A 2 hour workshop on Thursday 26th Sept, 6-8pm, hosted by Gavin Drake, director of Mindspan, devoted to techniques to help you become happier more often. We all have ups and downs in life, but the skills we learn in this workshop will help us bounce back faster, help us sit on a happier level more consistently and give you life hacks on finding a happier and more content version of you.

I am one of the lucky ones that gets to spend her days working on a hobby. With Yoga and CrossFit I never feel like I'm in the office. Each discipline drives me to give everything I can to help the client or class in front of me, and to continually better myself in the process.
