Class descriptions
Fitness YogaThis yoga class is designed to help improve mobility for CrossFit, sporting performance and every day movement. We will look to aid recovery from tough workouts, sport and the negative effects of poor movement patterns and postures. All postures are scalable and you're always encouraged to work to your own ability.

Ashtanga YogaA more challenging class where we perform a section of the primary Ashtanga series. This sequence works the whole body, coordination, strength and flexibility. Certainly a challenge, but definitely fun!
We work on the same set of postures for 8 weeks so you can really get to grips with the sequence before we move on to a new set. |
Vinyasa FlowA 45 minute full flowing yoga class. We spend 6 weeks working on one sequence, learning, honing and enjoying each pose and the breath. By the end of the 6 weeks we're working for 90% of the class non stop, which gets your heart rate up and leaves you hot and sweaty.
Vinyasa really is a great way to switch off from the day, and a fantastic way to challenge yourself. |

Buxton Lodge is a lovely spacious studio that allows up to 15 yogis to practice. With a great projector we can also practice alongside our fellow yogis online.
