This yoga class is designed to help improve mobility for CrossFit, sporting performance and every day movement. We will look to aid recovery from tough workouts, sport and the negative effects of poor movement patterns and postures.
In Vinyasa flow we'll spend less time in each different posture and look to move freely from one to the other. This is guaranteed to make you sweat, but feel incredibly relaxed at the same time.
A more floor based practice, in which we hold the postures for 3-5 minutes to stretch more deeply, work into the connective tissue and fascia. It is a slow paced class with will leave you feeling stretched, relaxed and enjoying the benefits right away.
A 30 minute class focusing on core. Common yoga postures that work both the abs and lower back to help with strength and stability within yoga and CrossFit.
