Lower back pain Workshop (members)
A 90 minute workshop combining both yoga and pilates to help you combat lower back pain. With a mix restorative yoga to help you know what to do when your back is bad and pilates and yoga to help you strengthen and combat common back problems. During the workshop you will be able to practice and experience the postures and exercises recommended. You will also have the time to ask questions and find out what might help you in both short term flair ups and for long term prevention.
