A 90 minutes workshop on Sunday 2nd February, 11:30-1pm, hosted by Alex Howarth Yoga.
Learn all you need to know to start or deepen your Mindfulness Mediation practice. We will cover:

- How to meditate
- How to make it work in a busy life
- 3 different styles of meditation
- Why it's important and applicable for every day life.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions and take notes. You don't need any experience with meditation, and this workshop will give you tools to start. If you're already practicing, this will be a great way to deepen your practice and perhaps learn new tools to introduce.
