A 90 minute workshop to reflect on the last year, figure out what we can learn from it and how we can use our last year to develop our goals for 2020.
These goals can be anything from lifestyle goals, to fitness goals, yoga goals or business goals. The things we cover within the workshop, such as how to set goals that are achievable and how how to figure out if they're actually realistic for you are applicable across all goals.
