Upside down workshop- 3rd Nov 11:30-1pm
A 90 minute workshop to get you upside down.
We will start with getting into a headstand and various arm positions once you're upside down. We then move onto forearm stand, using the wall or without the wall if you pick these up fast. We then finish with handstands, and this will either be, kicking up to the wall, practicing moving away from the wall and free standing. Or kicking up into a free standing handstand.
Getting upside down isn't just a test of core and upper body strength, it challenges you mentally as well. If this is you, get booked on and let's break down some metal blocks.
