Upside down workshop- 7th July, 5pm, 5:45pm and 6:30pm
A 30 minute workshop to get you upside down.
We will start with getting into a headstand and various arm positions once you're upside down. We then move onto forearm stands, or kicking up into a free standing handstand.
Getting upside down isn't just a test of core and upper body strength, it challenges you mentally as well. If this is you, get booked on and let's break down some metal blocks.
