Upside down workshop in the park

This might be a 30 minute workshop you want to get involved with.
We will be running through the fundamentals of getting upside down into a headstand for those that haven't got a headstand yet, and I will offer challenges and sequencing for those of you that are ninja upside down already.
We will then cover either forearm stand practice, or handstand hold practice. Teaching you the fundamentals of both and how to get into them.
This workshop will be held in Catton Park, Norwich. We will be outside and on uneven ground so a mat of some kind is highly recommended to sit on and to offer padding for the top of your head. (if you'd also like to bring a small pad or tin cushion you may (but I often find this makes headstands more challenging). All being well we are gifted with a warm day, but weather conditions may change, if they turn bad, I'll reschedule the workout or refund your booking fee if you can't make the rescheduled date.
This is the 3rd Upside down workshop I will have held, and in the last 2 we had a huge array of skill levels, from pro to complete beginner. This workshop is set to suit the same skill levels. So if you're a little apprehensive that your upside down goals may still be too much to ask, rest assured that you will be supported and taught step by step with no pressure to move further than you're ready to go.
Each workshop is 30 minutes long with a 15 minute change over period between. There will be 5 spaces available on each workshop, therefore 15 spaces in total. At time of booking you are asked to select which time you'd like to attend.
What you will need for this workshop:
- A mat.
- A bottle of water (there will be no water available at the park so please bring your own).
- Suncream if it's sunny.
- Please wear activewear, something that won't restrict your movement.
- An open mind, with an attitude ready to learn and enjoy.

£8 per person at the early bird price, offer ends Friday 3rd July.
£10 per person thereafter.
