Thank you for joining our 28 day meditation challenge. Each day a new 2 + minute meditation will be added, with the goal of completing a new meditation, every day for 28 days to help you create the habit of daily meditation. 

A lot of people find that a guided meditation create more structure and find it's easier to meditate with rather than a self motivated and guided practice. Once you have access to these meditations they will always be there for you to use, so should you want to come back to them at any time you may.
