The online Beginners Yoga Course has been a great success, allowing many yogis to make huge leaps and bounds in their yoga journey. It was wonderful to have such a range of goals and experience levels on the course. I had a great time getting to know new yogis and it was a complete pleasure creating personalised sessions according to what their body was able to do, and to help them towards their yoga goals.

This course is completely different to the previous Beginners Yoga Course again in the sense that now you can start whenever you like! From January. Start the new year strong.

What makes this course right for you?
The course is perfect for those who have never practiced yoga before, in a studio or online. For those wanting a little more support and guidance rather than just following along to a YouTube video. It's great for those that have practiced yoga in a studio but are nervous about how to transition a practice to an online class. It's great for any one that has had a long break from yoga but is keen to get back into it. And of course it is ideal for anyone that needs a bridge between lockdown and heading back to the studio.
We start with the basics, covering simple and common poses. Each week we progress a little further. We learn more and more and revisit poses week on week so you feel your confidence grow each time you do them. I will be coaching and offering tips and tweaks as we go. We use the camera and it's angles to our advantage, and keep the mic on so we can talk to each other as we move in and out of the postures.
Each session it's just you and me! It's practically a Private yoga session for a fraction of the price, so each and every practice is adapted for you and what you need! If you chose to practice with a friend or family member, then they'll get the benefits of this too.

- 1 class per week for 4 weeks.
- 4 x 45 minutes sessions.
- Only 3 spaces available at any one time (you may be added to a wait list if I'm full).
- Each sessions is private. Just you, me and Zoom
- Have a friend or family member sign up as well and they can join you in your weekly sessions (max 2 people per screen).

- Week 1: How the class is structured, floor postures (mostly laying down on your mat). What mindfulness meditation is all about.
- Week 2: A focus on breath as we move from posture to posture, and seated postures.
- Week 3: You'll now be familiar with the structure of the class. We will cover floor based and seated postures together and go over what we've covered in the first 2 weeks.
- Week 4: We finally get up off the floor and work through common standing postures and start putting everything together.

- You have 6 weeks to complete the 4 sessions with one class per week
- Black Friday offer - £150
- Offer ends midnight December 1st 2022
- Choose from various sessions each week at times to suit you. You do not have to attend the same session time each week. Access my diary so you can amend you bookings as you go.
- Full cost of Course £250, save £100 if you sign up before December 1st 2022.
- 4 Private sessions for just £37.50 per class rather than £60, a complete bargain.
