Private yoga with me boasts a list of benefits, the first being that it's all about you. Each and every session is planned around your needs, your goals and your abilities and limitations, therefore your progress is accelerated dramatically and you know that it's going to be right for your body. With private sessions there is more flexibility on time and days, so if the class times don't work for you, maybe a one on one might work out instead. This allows you the space in your week to get to a regular practice. If a class setting seems overwhelming or not something you've ever enjoyed, perhaps you prefer more one or one coaching or less distraction. You know it's just you and me in these private sessions and that with every posture we can tweak it, work on it, improve it and learn from it giving you a deeper practice time and time again. The added benefit of Zoom means we can practice where ever we are. If you're at work and have time in a lunch break we can meet then, or you can just log on at home or even out in the garden if the weather is right. There is no travel time, no logistics to worry about, you'll just need an internet connection and your mat. If Norwich based we can discuss practicing together in real life, this may not always be possible though. |
