Need a little guidance when it comes to your food/nutrition?
It's been a little while since I worked closely with clients to help them with nutrition or more specifically weight loss, but over the last few months I've been working one to one with a few clients, helping them optimise their diet so they get the results they want from their hard work in the gym. They have done so well in just a few months, and they're well on the way to their weight loss goals. One female client realised she'd gained 10kg over the last 6 years without really noticing, the shock of discovering this lead her to reach out to me and ask for help, as she's known I've worked with nutrition clients for the last 10 years. By putting a simple plan in place she's been able to consistently lose 0.5-1kg of body fat each week since we begun and is set to be at a healthy bodyweight again by the end of the year (even with Christmas looming). |
The second client I've been working with is a 32 year old male, we'll call him Bob. Bob wanted to reign in his eating habits, drop a few kilos and perhaps have visible abs (not essential though). The process has worked well for him, reaching his weight loss goal in a great time, allowing us to keep tweaking his diet so he can drop a few extra kilos before Christmas. Now he has more flexibility over the holiday period!

With the 2 clients I've been working with we've started with an 12-week plan, after an initial consultation to discuss goals and reasonable steps to take. Then each week we've had either a 15-20 minute call or zoom chat to keep accountable, keep on track and make any adjustments that might be needed.

- Time to meet me once a week for 15 minutes
