Thursday 5th January @ 7:00-8:30pm On Zoom, so from the comfort of your own home.
A 90 minute workshop dedicated to you and what you want to set your sights on for this year.
We've had a Goal setting workshop every year since the dawn of AHY and it's a tradition I am reluctant to break, here's why:
Taking the time to look back over your previous year allows you to notice how much you have grown as a person. We can easily get wrapped up in all the negativity of recent events, but never take the time to cherish the great things that happened, the wins and the hard times that forced you to grow into who you are today.
As a yoga teacher, I'm fully on board with staying present! On a day to day basis we can only influence the moment we are in. But but taking a set time to look forward and figure out how we want our 2023 to go, we give ourselves structure and determination in the moments to come rather than getting lost and drifting through life.
'Smart Goals' have their place, but it's not the perfect way to set goals and then stick to them, so we add a yogic touch, we create goals that are perfect for you the individual. We take the time to get real with ourselves, break the steps down and make it all the more manageable.
There is always space for some more woohoo in your life, so we get to talk about manifesting too, but we deep dive into this topic in March, so that'll be a great follow up workshop to give your 2023 goals a little boost.
And we can't talk goals without talking about non-attachment. It might seem crazy, but this step is crucial and often left off the steps when creating your new year plan.
Don't forget I would happily run this workshop at any point in the year, in fact I rewrite and reevaluate my goals every 3 months, it's not about 'New Year New Me', it's all about pressing pause and using the natural cycle of the year refresh and have a serious look at what's going on with you and where you want you life to be.
What you will need:
Sound like a Workshop you might want to join? Click the button below and sign up today to reserve your space. There are limited spaces available as the smaller the groups on Zoom always have a wonderful intimate feel about them so don't delay.
You will receive all the pre workshop information you need and the Zoom link to the workshop a few days ahead of time and then again on the day (just incase you lose it).
Got a question before you hit book? Always feel free to get in touch with any queries you may have.
Namaste
