A 90 minute workshop dedicated to you and what you want to set your sights on for this year.
We've had a Goal setting workshop every January for years now, but last year we checked in at the half way mark as well, to reassess, boost our motivation and to check in. The months can fly by and with summer coming up, it's nice to make a plan for when our routine may change.
Taking the time to look back over your previous year or the last 6 months allows you to notice how much you have grown as a person. We can easily get wrapped up in all the negativity of recent events, but never take the time to cherish the great things that happened, the wins and the hard times that forced you to grow into who you are today.
It doesn't matter if you didn't set goals in January, or join the workshop at the start of the year. This workshop is designed for anyone wanting to check in with themselves and create a little structure behind their day to day.
We don't just use 'Smart Goals' in these workshops, as much as they have their place. So we add a yogic touch, we create goals that are perfect for you the individual. We take the time to get real with ourselves, break the steps down and make it all the more manageable.

- Pen and paper or a lovely new journal or notebook
- A comfy spot to sit for the evening
- Snacks and a beverage are optional, but recommended
- Peace, give yourself this time to indulge in you with minimal distractions
