When I started applying Ayurveda concepts into my every day life. Ayurveda being the 'diet' that compliments your yoga practice and allows you to truly nourish your body inside and out.
Our first cohort for the 6 month Yoga Challenge were introduced to 6 different Ayurveda principles over 6 months, and were taught what they were all about and how they could implement them into their lives.
The second cohort had a similar experience but I tweaked it to add in broader concepts too, and to wonderful results.
This time, we change it further still, to suit the more scientifically minded, to dive into the spiritual and to embrace habits that really will have you feeling your best self in 6 months.

The 6 month Habit Challenge offers an easy to follow system to incorporate Ayurvedic science and yoga into your daily life with ease. Each month, over 6 months, we work through one or two concepts taken from Ayurveda, yoga and modern wellbeing. We layer new habits into your day-to-day life. You will challenge yourself, you will learn and grow and find what works for you, and what helps the most is you're going through these challenges alone, you have everyone else in the group there, right beside you.
When you sign up for the the 6 month yoga Challenge, you're not left to your own devices to try and change this stuff all on your own. Oh no! We help each other along the way.
On the last Thursday of the month, at 7:30pm we meet online for 1 hour. During this hour I teach you the basics of the upcoming habit we're looking to introduce into our daily rituals. This hour is also a place where you can ask questions, discuss experiences, share your top tips and divulge where you may be struggling.
We then spend the next 4 weeks taking what we can from this workshop. You might embrace all of the changes, you may just embrace some. I will never expect anyone to do all of it, I can say with confidence that not everything we cover will be right for you at this time. However you will create yourself an arsenal of knowledge that you can utilise in the future should you wish to.
During the 4 weeks where I ask you to embark on creating a new habit, we have the luxury of an optional Telegram Group. Anyone that wants to be involved can be, if you don't, I completely understand. This group is designed to be a safe space for sharing tips, recipes and wins with utter honesty. It is not a place for negativity, small talk or complaining however. The experience I've had with prior groups has been wonderful and I hope you find the same.
This group offers a space for accountability. Often when you embark on a new goal or try to change something in your life, the only person you are accountable to, is yourself. Well now you have back up, a group of people going through the exact same thing as you that you can lean on for support and celebrate your wins with.
