I've been on a life-changing journey and I'd love for you to experience it too!
This is something a little different from the usual yoga practice I offer , it's not the usual yoga practice I offer. This new program draws upon yoga, the science of Ayurveda and everything I have learnt and experienced as a Personal Trainer over the last 11 years.
You may have practiced yoga with me or someone else before, but Ayurveda may be something you haven't previously heard of. Ayurveda is often considered the Yogi diet and sits hand in hand with the physical and spiritual yoga practice, and they work together with very little effort.
By applying various Ayurveda principles into my day-to-day life I have found a renewed sense of energy within my body and mind. I don't actually remember having more energy in my adult life, which is a scary concept. For the first time in years I don't feel tired, I don't crave 'naughty' foods. I wake up ready for the day rather than wishing I could roll over and go back to sleep. I have a better relationship with food and a clearer head, allowing me to make better choices day to day.
The science of Ayurveda encompasses many aspects of health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle. It's quite hard to pin it down to one thing. It's not a diet, it's not a set of rules, it's a guide for you to take from it what you want and can apply into your life at this time. This allows you to come back to it over and over again and apply more and more each time to help you feel better in your own skin.

The 6 month Habit Challenge offers an easy to follow system to incorporate Ayurvedic science and yoga into your daily life with ease. Each month, over 6 months, we work through one or two concepts taken from Ayurveda, layering in new habits to our day-to-day life. We challenge ourselves, we learn and grow and find what works for us, and what helps the most is that we do this together.
When you sign up for the the Habit Challenge, you're not left to your own devices, to try and change this stuff all on your own. Oh no! We help each other out along the way.
On the 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 7:30pm we meet online for 1 hour. During this hour I teach you the basics of the upcoming habit we're looking to introduce into our daily rituals. This hour is also a place where you can ask questions, discuss experiences, share your top tips and divulge where you may be struggling.
We then spend the next 4 weeks taking what we can from this workshop. You might embrace all of the changes, you may just embrace some. I will never expect anyone to do all of it, I can say with confidence that not everything we cover will be right for you at this time. However you will create yourself an arsenal of knowledge that you can utilise in the future should you wish to.
During the 4 weeks where I ask you to embark on creating a new habit, we have the luxury of an optional WhatsApp Group. Anyone that wants to be involved can be, if you don't, I completely understand. This group is designed to be a safe space for sharing tips, recipes and wins with utter honesty. It is not a place for negativity, small talk or complaining however. The experience I've had with prior groups has been wonderful and I hope you find the same.
This group offers a space for accountability. Often when we embark on a new goal or try to change something in our lives, the only person we are accountable to is ourselves. Well now you have back up, a group of people going through the exact same thing as you that you can lean on for support and celebrate your wins with. It's like writing New Years Resolutions, but having them actually work out!
