Meditation... The how's and the why's
Meditation is a big part of yoga, you may have started your yoga journey, like many others, by stepping onto a yoga mat and moving your body. But I'm sure if you've been practicing for a little while now, you'll know there is more to your yoga practice. The Savasana at the end of class, do you take that time just too lay and think? to nap? or do you use that time for noticing the breath and your body?
Simple moments like this can be used as a form of meditation, and these moments help us create 'space' in our mind.
This workshop will help you navigate the myths about meditation, find out how it works and what you need to do when you decide to meditate.
Who is workshop for?
After the workshop is over, I'm not going to abandon you to explore this new experience alone, we then embark on a 28 day meditation series. Each day I will send you a new meditation, so you can create the habit of sitting in this practice each day.

- Somewhere comfy to sit
- Pen and paper if you like to take notes
- Snacks and a drink, optional, but recommended
- An open mind and open ears
