6 week Beginners Yoga course
A 6 week course to bring you from yoga novice to confident in your ability to join a class of your choosing. Learn a range of postures and sun salutations, learn about relaxation and meditation and why we practice.
Suitable for total beginners or someone that has a bit of yoga experience but would like a refresh or some extra coaching.
Choose between a Wednesday evening or a Sunday morning class. First class starts Wednesday 5th October and the first Sunday class starts Sunday 9th at 11am.
