Partner Yoga Workshop - 11:30-1pm Sunday April 5th
A 90 minute workshop where we play around and have fun with various lifts and partner work. Learn to both lift and be lifted and feel a huge boost in confidence as you learn and practice.
Book in for just you or book in for you and your partner at the same time. If you don't have someone to come with, don't worry I'll pair you up on the day or we can work in 3's instead.
Suitable for most, but I recommend some yoga experience or a base level of fitness.
