At the Happy Om, Norwich
7pm on Friday 1st April 2022
Want to try something new this year? Or take your yoga to another level of nifty? This workshop should tick those boxes.
Whether you're a total novice at getting upside down in your yoga practice or a huge lover of being on your head, this workshop will have you learning, progressing and building your confidence. Half of the workshop will be designated to headstands, getting into them, holding them, transitioning in and out and making crazy shapes. The second half of the workshop we reduce the fall factor by a few feet and work on our arm balance poses. It's easy to assume that arm balances are all about the strength in your arms, but weirdly, they're more about body position and confidence. So even if you think there is no chance you'll get one, book in and let me teach you how to make it possible.
What we'll be doing:
Over the 90 minutes you will be able to ask any questions in regards to what we're covering, and adapt postures as needed. Regardless of your ability you will have something to work on, and other yogis at a similar level to you, so you wont be alone.
What you will need for this workshop:
Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about the workshop. Otherwise book on and you will be sent more details a few days before the workshop begins.
We kick off at 7pm on Friday 1st April, and we aim to finish 90 minutes later. All Alex Howarth Yoga workshops are non refundable, and non transferable. But if you have any questions about your booking please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll happily consider changes on a case by case basis.
Just 2 spaces remaining.
I look forward to our extremely fun yoga practice together.
Namaste
