Friday night Vinyasa Flow Workshop
Friday 9th September @ 6:00-7:15pm
Let's get moving, sweaty and have fun in our first Friday evening Vinyasa Flow Workshop this Summer.
Join me at the Happy Om studio, Norwich for a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow Workshop.
We spend the 75 minutes breaking down the sequence of postures, learning each to the best of our ability, and then we sequence them together and join movement and breath as we go.
By the half way point in the workshop you'll be confident with the poses and feel your confidence and ability improve as we move seamlessly from one pose to the next. There is no doubt you'll get hot and sweaty in this class. You'll learn, and be challenged. You'll find that wonderful sense of achievement at the end, and the sense of sharing in something great.
Available space:
We'll be moving a lot, we'll be taking up space, we'll be learning and challenging ourselves. Therefore we only have 12 spaces available.

The extra details:
The Class will start at 6:00pm on Friday 9th September but you're welcome to arrive from 5:50pm to get set up. I recommend arriving at LEAST 5 minutes before the class starts so we can start promptly at 6pm, the time flies and we want to make the most of every minute.
There is on street parking on Heigham Street, where you can park for free after 6pm, do give yourself time to find a space to park.
The studio is on the 2nd floor of Capitol House.
Studio 1, 2nd floor Capitol House, 4-6 Heigham Street, Norwich NR2 4TE
Class etiquette:
This is a class where we want to focus on ourselves. I will be moving around the class and adjusting or assisting yogis as and when they might need. You always have the option for no physical adjustments and you just let me know if you'd rather I didn't touch you at any point before or during the class (you may change your mind).
You can of course leave the studio for the toilet or anything you may need at any point.
If you need to stop at any point feel free! Chill on your mat, learn from what's being taught and join in again when you are ready. Please don't make a big fuss about the fact you've had to stop, others are still focusing on their practice.
Remember that not all queues are for everyone! So keep an ear out for suggestions to you.
Extra bonus idea:
There is the 7:30pm Yin Yoga class on the same night in the same studio. If you fancy doing a double session please feel free! It'd be lovely to see you for both.
If you do go for the double, please consider bringing 2 bottles of water, a change of top and extra layers so you don't get cold in sweaty clothes. And perhaps a light snack for the break between. Your Yin class won't be as relaxing as you might hope if you're really hungry or cold.
How to book:
Click the button at the bottom of the page and sign up. Once you're through the checkout, your space has been confirmed. You will receive an email a few days before the workshop (keep an eye on your junk mail if you don't usually receive emails from me) with a reminder, and everything you need to know ahead of the class. This is also a great opportunity to let me know if you have any injuries or health conditions that I need to know about before we meet on the Friday, however I will ask you again on the day.
Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about the workshop. Otherwise book on and I very much look forward to seeing you there.
